Harris began his culinary career in 2001 at the Sani Resort in Greece moving between restaurants and hotels throughout USA, Abu Dhabi and Antigua. From 2004 to 2009 Harris worked at three renowned Michelin Star restaurants prior to starting his Fairmont journey in 2016 as the Executive Chef for Fairmont Southampton Bermuda. He joined the JPL family in 2020 creating delicious sophisticated dishes enjoyed throughout the hotel today.
