Why was the event cancelled this year?

Our first priority is, and will always be, the safety and wellbeing of our employees and guests. Due to continued Alberta Health regulations and programming/capacity limitations, we have decided to pause the event for this year.

 

Will CIN happen in 2021?

We are currently planning for CIN 2021 in hopes that we are able to move forward with the event.

Who will the presenters be next year?

Our team is working on this now, and we hope to announce next year’s presenters before the end of 2020.

 

Where can I find presenter information on previous CINs?

For info on the 2018 and 2019 presenters, you can visit the presenter page on the Christmas in November website. 

If I have a reservation for 2020, will I have to rebook for 2021?

No, your existing reservation will be automatically moved to the corresponding package dates in November 2021 and confirmation will be emailed.  Please contact the Hotel directly only if you wish to amend your 2021 booking.

 

Will my current package rate/price be honoured next year?

Yes - all existing reservations that are moved into 2021 will maintain the rate they currently have.

Will I be charged any cancellation fees?

No - all existing reservations that are moved into 2021 event dates will not be charged cancellation.

 

What if I am on the waitlist for 2020?

Any guests on the 2020 waitlist will be contacted by the hotel in the coming weeks with the opportunity to book into 2021.

 

If I cancelled my reservation due to COVID will my rate for 2020 be honoured?

Anyone who has recently cancelled their 2020 booking due to COVID will be extended the opportunity rebook for 2021 at their original 2020 pricing.

I would still like to visit Jasper in November, are there any extra special deals for us?
