Tricia has been with Duchess Bake Shop for a decade and has worked in virtually every aspect of the business, including kitchen manager, pastry chef and managing Provisions by Duchess, their boutique retail line that sources and produces high quality ingredients and products. As head instructor of Duchess Atelier, their teaching kitchen, Tricia provides students with an informative and enjoyable baking experience. With a wealth of knowledge and a warm personality, Tricia proves to be a crucial part of the Edmonton baking scene.
