Q: I registered for the classes and workshops I wanted but haven’t received a confirmation email.
A: You should receive an email with a PDF attachment providing you with a summary of your schedule. Please double-check your junk mail folder. Due to privacy restrictions, our forms may be blocked by your email provider. Please add these emails to your contacts and your safe/whitelist:

Q: I completed my registration and indicated no transportation needs. My plans have changed; how do I request transportation?
A: Please forward your registration confirmation email and Fairmont booking confirmation number to jpl.reservations@fairmont.com, indicating you would like to add transportation to your booking. Please be sure to indicate your pick-up location (Calgary, Canmore, Edmonton). Our Reservations Team will make note of your request, let you know of the additional cost, and provide confirmation of your pick-up location and time.
Q: What is the deadline for classes/workshops registration?
A: Registration and any changes must be completed by November 1, 2026.
Q: I booked the Christmas in November package for my group and I. Do I need to do anything else?
A: All guests booked must complete and submit the classes/workshop registration form. Please forward the Christmas in November registration email that you received to all guests in your group for completion. Please ensure they have their Fairmont booking confirmation number, as this is a required field in the registration form.
Q: Why can’t I register for classes with Chef Craig Harding or Chef Rob Rossi?
A: Classes with Chef Craig Harding and Chef Rob Rossi are exclusively available to guests on the Fireside Reserve enhanced experience. However, both chefs will be present at various meals and ready to mix and mingle with everyone.
Q: What should I wear for Christmas in November?
Christmas in November embraces elevated alpine style, inspired by the spirit of Avant & Après. Throughout the weekend, think cozy luxury, refined winter layers, and festive pieces that feel both effortless and celebratory. Drawing inspiration from European winter destinations and iconic après culture, guests are encouraged to express their personal style while embracing the magic of the season.

Daytime Experiences & Workshops
Relaxed alpine chic. Knitwear, tailored denim or trousers, stylish boots, statement outerwear, and elevated winter accessories are all encouraged.
The Evergreen Chalet | Night One
A sophisticated evening inspired by European après culture. Think cocktail attire with a winter twist: velvet, sequins, luxe knits, tailored jackets, festive textures, and polished footwear.
Alpine Afterglow | Night Two
Elevated festive elegance. Guests may choose cocktail attire or refined evening wear suited to an intimate, candlelit dining experience. Rich seasonal colours and classic holiday styling are encouraged.
Northern Lights Ball | Night Three
Our signature gala evening is a black-tie affair inspired by old-world holiday grandeur. Floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos, dinner jackets, and formal suiting are encouraged.
Please note: November in Jasper can be chilly, so we recommend bringing warm layers, winter footwear, and outerwear suitable for both indoor celebrations and outdoor moments throughout the weekend.
