  • Why has Christmas in November been cancelled?
    Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge will reopen on October 1st, 2024, operating at a reduced capacity to ensure guest safety and maintain our service standards. Due to this reduced capacity, we are unable to host all registrants safely, leading to the difficult decision to cancel the event and all existing reservations.
  • If I've already booked a flight, what should I do?
    If you've already booked a flight, we recommend checking with your travel provider about their cancellation and refund policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Are there any alternative events or activities planned?
    In an effort to provide memorable experiences this winter, we are pleased to invite you to an unforgettable event this November as we proudly present “Together Again”, an intimate culinary gathering celebrating the spirit of Jasper. Join us for a remarkable lineup featuring beloved JPL ambassadors and supporters, including Anna and Michael Olson, Nik Manojlovich, Emily Richards, Michael Allemier, Marna Praill, Micah Dew, Meuwly’s and Alberta Beer Festivals, with treats from Charton Hobbs, Jacek Chocolates and Duchess Bake Shop. Capacity is very limited – don’t miss your chance to be part of this exclusive celebration and secure your spot today. We hope this alternative might interest you, even if it cannot fully replace the Christmas in November tradition.
